These valves are not meant to be energized all the time. The coil overheats and burn out. Rather use the PFA valve for load shedding to keep mains closed until power failure- then it will open itself. Click on PFA link below:

Recommended usage for clean drinking water (potable water). If you use this valve for grey water, rain water, dam water and borehole water, make sure you have filtration of at least 20 microns before valve inlets.

Normally Open valves remain open when not energized or without electrical power. When the valve is energized or power is applied, it closes.
