PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A FAILSAFE TO CLOSE ACTUATOR. IT WILL CLOSE WHEN POWER FAILS. THE ACTUATOR NEED TO ACTIVATE/ ENERGIZE FOR AT LEAST 2 MINUTES BEFORE IT CAN RETURN BY ITSELF.
